General Pathway
You will explore your own skills and how you fit into a team. You will recognise the various roles people can perform within the community, and learn how to build your networks and confidence.
The Certificate I in Leadership is a bridging course for people who need to develop the necessary employability skills which will support their transition to work, further education and community participation. A major component of this course is active participation in a team or community based project, which builds your skills.
Music Pathway
Turn your interest in music into an opportunity to build your confidence, leadership and employability skills. Through a hands-on music production project, you will work with others to explore the creative and technical aspects of producing music while developing skills in communication, teamwork, planning and leadership.
The Certificate I in Leadership (Music Production) is designed for young people looking for an engaging pathway into further education, training or employment. Working alongside TAFE lecturers and experienced youth and music industry staff, you will take an active role in a practical, team-based project where you can build new skills, develop your networks and discover where your interests and strengths could take you next.
