Our Client Contact Centre and campus Customer Service Counters opening hours are Monday to Friday between 8am - 4.30pm (AWST).

Holiday open hours
South Metropolitan TAFE campuses and Customer Service Centres (front counters) will be closed from 4:00pm on Friday, 19 December 2025 and will reopen at 8:00am on Monday, 5 January 2026.
The Client Contact Centre will still be available (taking calls and emails only), excluding public holidays and weekends, at the following times:
- 8:00am to 2:00pm, on 24 December 2025
- 8:00am to 2:00pm, on 31 December 2025
- Opening hours remain the same (8:00am to 4:30pm) on all other days
