- Good memory, adaptability, and organisational skills are vital for managing flight plans and maintaining standards.
Behavioural & social skills and abilities
- Work well in a team, show professionalism, and maintain respectful communication.
- Reliability, responsibility, adaptability, and resilience are important, as is a willingness to learn and improve.
Physical demands
- Maintain good eyesight, hearing, steady hands, and concentration over long periods.
- Be prepared for extended sitting or standing, sometimes outdoors, with sufficient stamina for operational demands.
