South Metropolitan TAFE is moving to digital credentials.
From 16 November 2026, South Metropolitan TAFE, along with the other 4 x WA TAFE colleges, will issue new qualifications and academic statements through My eQuals, an official digital credentials platform in Australia and New Zealand.
Students will be able to access their official academic documents online and share them securely with employers and education providers. Paper versions of academic documents will continue to be issued during the transition.
For more information, visit the WA Government's Digital Credentials Project (opens in a new tab) web page.
