Opal believes that investing in their team is essential to providing quality care for our elders, both now and in the future. Our partnership sees our students complete 100 hours of work placement (through the 52841WA Certificate II in Introduction to Aged Care – Aged Care pre-traineeship) at an Opal care home. The aim of this work placement is to help students develop the skills to assist in continuing on to further study or employment within the sector.
