This training reflects roles within the fashion and apparel workplace, where participants require specialised technical and creative skills in fashion garment design and production. 

The training has a focus on trend forecasting, textile research and exploration, digital design skills, specification writing and costing, sustainable product development, garment construction, fashion illustration, manual and digital pattern making, CAD grading and virtual 3D skills and emerging technologies that reflect rapidly evolving industry trends in the fashion and apparel sector.
