This skill set is designed for individuals who have completed the SHB30516 Certificate III in Barbering. You will master all aspects of colouring including:
- knowledge and application for a range of colours including semi, demi, permanent and lightening (on-scalp bleach application)
- selection and mixing of colours
- the science and expertise required to analyse the hair confidently before colour selection
- understanding the colour chart.
- conducting thorough client analyses and consultations
- safe on scalp applications and a range of colour correction techniques
- techniques to build, grow and develop your colour clientele.
This course offers a blend of live demonstrations, engaging lectures, and hands-on practice sessions, using both mannequin heads and live models. Our experienced lecturer will guide you every step of the way, ensuring your confidence and skills grow with each session.
