Hospitality, Tourism and Events

The Hospitality, Tourism and Events industries are the world's largest employers. Our Hospitality, Tourism and Events courses cover sectors that offer exciting and diverse work environments where you could potentially take your career anywhere across the globe.

Our Hospitality and commercial cookery students have the opportunity to train in our world class Bentley Pines Training Restaurant or Saltbush Training Restaurant. Open to the public, these facilities allow students to learn skills in a real workplace environment. Our Tourism and Events students gain hours of real work experience as part of their training working and delivering real events to the public.

From head chef at a top restaurant to opening your own food truck, from organising weddings to managing music festivals, from hotel accommodation services to managing a travel agency; the career paths you can follow are plentiful.
