The Human Resources Foundations skill set is designed for beginners, as well as those with some experience in human resources (HR), who are looking to gain additional knowledge and skills without completing a full qualification. 

This nationally recognised skill set includes the 4 prerequisite units for the  BSB50320 Diploma of Human Resource Management

The units in this skill set also contribute to credit towards BSB40420 Certificate IV in Human Resources Management as well as providing direct entry to the BSB50320 Diploma of Human Resource Management
